Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MentoriaLift spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our offerings immediately.

2. Services

“Services” refers to live workshops, coaching sessions, retreats, and guided experiences focused on spiritual growth for entrepreneurs. Descriptions of each service are provided on our website. MentoriaLift reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time.

3. Information Products

“Information Products” include digital materials such as e-books, audio recordings, video tutorials, and online courses available for download or streaming. Access rights are granted upon full payment and remain valid for the duration specified at purchase.

4. Goods

“Goods” refers to physical items such as printed journals, workbooks, and merchandise offered by MentoriaLift. All Goods are described on our platform with details regarding materials, shipping, and handling times.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Services: Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the scheduled session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are not eligible for a refund due to preparation and scheduling commitments. If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Information Products: Due to immediate access upon purchase, Information Products are not eligible for refund. Please review all product details carefully before completing your order.

Goods: You may send Goods back within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in original, unopened condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the payment method used at purchase.

Method of Reimbursement: Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. You will receive confirmation via email once the reimbursement has been completed.

6. Transfer of Services

Clients may transfer a scheduled Service to another date if notice is given at least 5 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability. No transfers are allowed for cancellations made within 5 days of the original date unless waived at MentoriaLift’s discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

MentoriaLift provides spiritual growth guidance and educational content. We do not guarantee specific personal outcomes. Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the applicable Service, Information Product, or Good.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.
